7. Someone should be within range of your voice, or close enough to come to

your aid when you work near batteries.

8. Have plenty of fresh water, soap and a supply of baking soda on hand in

the area of the batteries in case of contact with battery acid. Baking soda

neutralizes lead acid battery electrolyte.

9. The product is supplied with a rechargeable, sealed lead acid battery.

This battery is self contained and not easily replaceable. Batteries

must be disposed of properly when they no longer hold a charge.

Proper charging practices will increase the life of the batteries.
